Biathlon
Discovery formula
Discover a sport in full swing combining both effort and precision. Biathlon combines two disciplines: cross-country skiing and rifle shooting.
Program details
Learn the basics of this sport yet not known by many people The discovery
formula will allow you to improve your skating practice and introduce
you to shooting at 10 m with our laser rifles. This course is suitable for
people knowing already the basic concepts of skating.
2h environ
- Meeting point: 5:15 pm at the ESF Argentière office in the Grands Montets carpark.
- Warm-up followed by skating refinement +/- 0h30.
- Start of the biathlon workshop, presentation and introduction to shooting at 10 meters with the laser rifle +/- 0h30.
- ”Real” situation of a biathlon race, relay... +/- 1h.
- Return at midday or 5:15 pm to the ESF office.
